Fiber Powder For Intestinal Health

Fiber Powder is an integral part of the True Essentials Lifestyle Essentials Weight Management System. This formula provides a combination of pure soluble fibers that act not only as a fiber source but provide a prebiotic effect that enhances the growth of good bacteria in the intestinal tract. The formula also contains a powerful probiotic called lactobacillus acidophilus, which promotes intestinal health and boosts immunity. The scientific community recommends 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day to assist with regularity and keep the intestines healthy. Prebiotic fiber helps provide bulk for the intestines and promotes a feeling of fullness and good bacteria in the gut. Probiotics are good bacteria that help normalize gut function, promote regularity and a sense of well-being. The combination of prebiotic fibers and probiotic bacteria is called synbiotics.

Potential users include adults who:

• want to add healthy fiber to their eating regimen

• are irregular and/or experience constipation

• do not take in the recommended daily amount of fiber• are interested in intestinal health and well-being
